Fitness Retreat South Africa
What an opportunity to visit one of the most beautiful countries in the world, and while you are there, challenge yourself physically with a fully planned training and fitness schedule.
What an opportunity to visit one of the most beautiful countries in the world, and while you are there, challenge yourself physically with a fully planned training schedule. It won’t be all work alone; you’ll experience the peace and serenity of the African bush in its purest form. You will stay in quality lodges from where different excursions and visits to local attractions will be arranged. The highlight of these sights will be going on Safari in the Kruger National Park where wild animals, including the Big-5 roam freely.
We focus on using small owner-managed guesthouses and private lodges as opposed to large impersonal hotels. We have visited all the selected lodges, camps, and guesthouses to ensure a personal and unique experience. Our training program is developed and facilitated by professional coaches that will be present during your trip.
Coaching and Wellness on Tour:
The fitness and health coaches that will accompany this trip are all affiliated with our partnering gyms. Each trainer has their experience in providing training and their absolute passion is to help others create a healthy lifestyle. During this trip, they will guide you through a well-rounded training program.
In our workouts, we will focus on natural movements which includes a combination of bodyweight training, cardio, and endurance. The workouts will be challenging for both beginner and more advanced athletes, due to the approach to scaling to everyone’s individual level. Expect a variation of tough, but fun, high-intensity workouts in the beautiful South African air.
Besides the training during this trip, we will also focus on activation/mobilisation and relaxation. What better way to do that, than with daily stretch and yoga sessions during a South African sunrise or sunset
